You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund or exchange. items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resealable condition.

Non-Returnable items certain items are non- refundable. including: * Gift cards, * Clarence or final sale items *custom or personalized products.

Refund Process: once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment with in 7-10 business days.

We offer exchange for defective or damaged products. if you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process.

Standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days within the U.S.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect  item received.
